There is a cache out int he bay that hasnt been hit but 3 times in 3 years but requires a boat to go get. I sure would like to team up with someone that does have a boat and go log that one. We would be willing to pitch in or just pay the gas for this. The cache is GCGQPM if anyone would be interested in teaming up on this one.

Atma, I'm in the same predicament about this cache. This cache will probably have to have a very shallow draft powered boat such as a small Jon boat or air boat to get to it. Another option is canoes or kayaks like the other cachers used to get to it

By reading the bit of logs on it, I figure the same thing. Do you know anyone with a Jon boat or better still some jet skis? Seems as though either one would do it. I want to do that cache! Sure cant swim it though. Hey, a helicopter would work.

I was invited by paddler112 to go on his FTF voyage to those caches. My job got in the way. ATMA I don't have either one of those suggestions but will keep you in my if I come across something WTT Hi WCB !!

Maybe something will "float" up and you and ATMA can make the trip out on the bay one of these days.

I want so bad to do this one. Just need the proper float to get there. If something comes up, I am game and will drop about anything I am doing to go try for this one.

Check with me in late October or Novemer. I'll do a run out there. I like to paddle and wouldn't mind the stick time.

I went with Paddler112 in his kayak for the co-FTF on Swamp Treasure. It was a lot of fun -- at least for me. I don't know about Paddler, though, having to lug my lard ass around that lake!
You can look at the pictures ComicBookCacher posted when he went for Jack's Pocket, for an idea about the terrain involved.

Pretty place. Don't know that I'd be brave enough to skim across there is such a little craft. I need something---oh, I don't know--something more like the QEII, where it don't feel like you've ever left land! ;D!
