Paddler112 Nice cache...had this one set up as a Virtual using my FIL's name as the claim before I realized there were no more Virtuals WTT-B2 You could do your Virtual caches at Terracaching.com, just post them here on the New Cache thread so I'll know to look for them.

OK, maybe I wuz just pokin' a little fun... I think it took about 2 days for PA to approve my TB Exchange cache. I hate to be hard on the guy, considering he's a volunteer and all. If you look at the "Newest in Texas" list, he's approved 62 caches since Feb 1. I don't know how long it takes to review and approve a cache, but it sure SEEMS like his workload has increased recently. Maybe they need to split Texas up between two or more approvers. Yeah, we knew you were just kidding, HC! As per PA, well he doesn't always take so long. Oasis was approved in just 6 hours. But it always seems that there is a lot of feet dragging goes on when it's a multi or a puzzle cache. I sure think we need another approver and don't understand why GC is so reluctant to hand out the posititon. I am sure there are many who would like to do it. OR, and this has always been my wish, is if you could submit a cache to GC for approval, they notified you when it's approved and you--THE HIDER--then get the priviledge of WHEN it gets posted to the public. So if you wanted your cache out on a weekend and the approver doesn't get around to it till Sunday night or Monday morning--and I just HATE when that happens-- you could save it and post it the following weekend.

Talk about being taken advantage of...I feel abused.. Snatched the FTF in my own backyard out from under my nose...OUCH Congrats on the FTF WCB even if I had seen this thread when it first popped up I wouldn't have been off work until 6 pm and still would have lost the FTF... I'll grabbed it in the morning on the way to work at 0400 I've already deciphered the puzzle just need to stop and grab it. We'll leave the next padder112 cache FTF for you and HC to fight over!! .........well, we'll give you a head start anyway, okay

That would be a nice feature. On the other hand, since I work shift work and am off a lot of the time during the week, I kind of like it when the new caches pop up, say, mid-morning on Monday. I spent all day yesterday caching in Houston. A lot of the parks are empty and the muggle count is WAY down. Except for Memorial Park -- there's always a ton of people there.

Well, didn't mean I want to always put out caches on the weekends. I would just like to have the choice of when. Was just thinking yesterday, if I had one "in waiting", could post it in the middle of the rain storm, just to see who's crazy enough to go for it!? But, alas, guess that will never happen. I hear strains of No Choice, No Choice, nana nana boo boo

Excuse inserted --> I've been working night shifts since the 9th. When I'm working (12 hour shifts) I have enough time to maybe dash out a grab a nearby FTF before or after work, but I figured that one was too far away. I did manage the FTF on Morgan's Marble Mansion today!

While just fooling around this am, I logged 4 caches for approval on or about 8am and they were approved on or about 9:40 by Oapprover, is this a thing we have to look forward to now, just like the old days. Bosun
