Bosun, along with two painters (one on his left the other on is right) is lowered over the side of the ship on a scaffold. What will Bosun’s primary job be.

If it was at my plant it would be to make sure they were not taking any more breaks !!! But I really don’t know. I can only guess it is to check for scaling and/or buildup on the hull WTT

Reminds me of a Bosun cache we were after today. It was out of place and I went to get it from the brink of going in the Ship Channel and almost went in myself. Good thing both of us are back in place again.

That would be "Man The Rail" GCTFKX over by the channel. You can see the original intent of the hide but someone bumped the container really close to a sheer drop to the water below. The container is back in place now and hopefully stays in place. It is a good find and a neat view of the channel. We stopped a while and watched them beat the heck out of a barge that is dry docked nearby.

I think I getting closer to some answers but haven't confirmed them yet. WTT

You know the chart that got stolen from the Last Plot cache had the information to solve Peggy's Lake. Think it might be out there? Try a Google search for chart #589 year 1966.

Looks like I made a mistake, the above information is needed for Lil Johnny's Chart not Peggy's Lake. However, I see Bosun has given the direction for the projection on the cache page. Peggy's Lake requires a current chart or Topo Zone should work if you pay for the service. Just remember that Little Johnny was a fine lad when he ran with Geowyz and myself. Bosun has steered Johnny in the wrong direction. I think there were other that tried to influence him as well.
