I just submitted a new puzzle cache to GC.com
A Triple Treat
And here's the heads up and early viewing for you East Side Cachers!
ENJOY ;D
The cache is NOT at the given coordinates.
You can find the coordinates to this cache in three easy steps:
1. Solve the puzzle.
2. Decode the answer to #14.
3. Do a little adding to the latitude and longitude of an existing cache.
Directions are below the puzzle. Have FUN!
____________________________1. Write the words: A Triple Treat.
____________________________2. Reverse the order of the words.
____________________________3. Change the 7th letter from the right to K.
____________________________4. Add a W to the right of each T.
____________________________5. Switch the 5th and 11th letters from the left.
____________________________6. Change all R's to M's.
____________________________7. Switch the 5th and 12th letters from the right.
____________________________8. Remove all I's.
____________________________9. Add a Z to the right of all K's.
___________________________10. Remove all A's.
___________________________11. Switch the 1st and 4th letters from the left.
___________________________12. Change all L's to S's.
___________________________13. Remove the 3rd and 12th letters from the left.
___________________________14. Add E to the right of the 2nd W from the left.
The answer to #14 is the name of an existing Texas cache. You will, however, have to decode it. The answer is in a simple Caesar Cipher, but it is not ROT13.
When you have found the answer to #14 and decoded it, look up the name of the cache at Geocaching.com's Seek a Cache page using the Search By Keyword.
To the Latitude minutes of that cache add 1.173 and to the Longitude minutes of that cache add 0.318 to find the coordinates to Triple Treat.
This is a log only micro cache. Please bring your own signing instrument. Please rehide as found. There is a special little mint, uncirculated coin for the FTF.
